Operations Manager, Bermuda

Required

• 5+ years of experience in financial services with demonstrated oversight of operations strategy, outsourcing, and vendor management within a regulated environment.
• Proven experience within a regulated financial institution or investment business, with a focus on trade supervision across crypto, equities, or derivatives.
• Track record of developing and improving operational processes, producing regulator-ready documentation, and managing cross-functional delivery with senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with operational resilience frameworks, incident management, and business continuity planning in a financial services context.
• Prior experience navigating a BMA-regulated industry, including familiarity with Bermuda Monetary Authority requirements and supervisory expectations.
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Demonstrates the ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots (e.g., LibreChat, Gemini, Glean) in daily workflows, continuously learn as tools evolve, and apply human‐in‐the‐loop practices to deliver business‐ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality.
