M&A, Ventures and Accounting Policy Manager

Required

• 9+ years of progressive accounting experience with a strong mix of Big 4 public accounting and industry experience; CPA required
• Demonstrated breadth and depth of US GAAP knowledge, including M A accounting (ASC 805), investment accounting (ASC 321, ASC 323), and consolidation (ASC 810)
• Proven experience leading financial due diligence, including quality of earnings analysis, working capital assessment, and identification of accounting risks across live deal processes
• Track record of managing external consultants and advisors across M A workstreams, including scoping engagements, reviewing deliverables, and holding advisors to quality and timeline standards
• Proven ability to draft technical accounting memos and original financial statement disclosures that clearly communicate complex conclusions to cross-functional stakeholders
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Pay Transparency Notice: Base salary varies by location (see range below). Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).
• Annual base salary range (excluding equity and bonus):
• $170,765 $200,900 USD
