Partner closely with the CEO to shape and execute communications across internal, customer, and investor audiences

Help develop and maintain a clear, consistent narrative across key company moments, including earnings, All Hands, .local, and other executive engagements

Draft speeches, scripts, talking points, presentations, internal communications, and other executive content in a voice that is authentic to the CEO

Partner with creative teams and roll up your sleeves to translate complex ideas into compelling visual narratives, including keynote decks, executive presentations, and digital content

Work across the CMO, Chief of Staff, Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, Events, Brand, and Product Marketing teams to align messaging and execution

Translate company strategy, product momentum, and market context into clear, compelling, and audience-appropriate communications

Partner with Corporate Communications, Investor Relations, and external agencies to help shape and amplify MongoDB’s executive and corporate narrative across priority external audiences and moments

Support the CEO in real time before and during major moments, including preparation, iteration, and follow-through

Adapt messages for different audiences, including employees, customers, analysts, and investors, while maintaining consistency in the core story

Bring speed, discipline, and strong judgment to a fast-moving environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

Travel regularly to support the CEO at key internal, customer, and investor moments
