Senior Staff GenAI Engineer - Application Performance Monitoring (APM)

Required

• You have a BS/MS/PhD in a scientific field or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience, including 4+ years leading cross-team technical initiatives.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale GenAI/ML initiatives in a product-driven environment
• You’re highly proficient in model development, deployment, evaluation, and optimization, with hands-on experience in building end-to-end ML systems.
• Ability to drive initiatives across cross-functional teams, and solve ambiguous challenges
• You are passionate about mentoring others and cultivating a high-performing engineering culture.
• You have demonstrated ability to use AI coding tools in day-to-day workflows and validate, critique, and refine AI-generated output
• Bonus: You’re motivated to push the boundaries of how AI can improve software engineering best practices and contribute to building AI-enabled products
