Principal Product Manager, Global Payments Platform and Controls

Required

• 6+ years of product management and 10+ years of overall professional experience; experience working on payments infrastructure, fintech, bank integrations, risk/fraud, or financial compliance is a requirement.
• Ability to break down complex payment and risk problems into structured components and deliver clear product recommendations.
• Technical fluency with the ability to partner effectively with engineering on integration architectures, API design, payment processing systems, and data-driven risk systems.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence without authority, and drive alignment across engineering, design, operations, and customer-facing teams.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to drive product decisions, measure fraud metrics, and evaluate risk model performance.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bias to action, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
• The salary range for this role is $200,000 - $280,000. The salary for this position is determined based on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant experience, education, or particular skills and expertise.
