Manager, IT Client Endpoint Engineering

Required

• Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.
• Experience managing client endpoint infrastructure: macOS and Windows required, mobile (iOS/Android) a strong plus.
• Hands-on with MDM platforms like Jamf, Intune, BigFix, or AirWatch; familiar with zero-touch deployment methods.
• Comfortable with identity platforms like Okta and how they connect to endpoint management.
• Can write scripts in Bash or PowerShell; familiar with APIs and orchestration tools like Workato.
• Enough SaaS administration experience — Google Workspace, Slack, and similar — to lead a team that owns it.
• Some management experience. This is a good role for a senior engineer who has led projects or a small team and is ready for the next step. We care more about how you think technically and how you work with people than what your title has been.
• You communicate clearly, prioritize in writing, and know when to solve a problem yourself and when to hand it off.

• For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $194,000 - $220,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
