Compliance Associate

Required

• 3-4+ years of compliance experience within an EU-regulated financial institution (e-money institution, payment institution, bank, or MiFID II-regulated entity), with direct exposure to AML/CFT programs and regulatory reporting.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of EU financial regulations including MiCA, PSD2, AMLD, MiFID II, DORA, and GDPR, with the ability to apply them to day-to-day compliance operations.
• Proven experience executing compliance monitoring/testing plans, drafting policies, and preparing materials for regulators, auditors, or governance bodies.
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in French is a strong advantage for engaging with Luxembourg regulators and local stakeholders.
• Familiarity with crypto assets and crypto-related regulatory frameworks (e.g., MiCA implementation) is preferred.
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
