Review standard and non-standard deals to determine appropriate revenue recognition under ASC 606 / IFRS 15 and ensure correct setup in NetSuite (Zone Advanced Billing).

Own the deferred and unbilled revenue schedules, including monthly account reconciliations, analytics, and license fulfillment validation.

Run control processes to detect, investigate, and resolve unusual activity in GL accounts and our automated billing system.

Lead process improvement initiatives to drive greater automation and stronger controls, including projects within Dataiku DSS.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Technical Accounting, AR, Tax, Deal Desk, Legal, and Professional Services on both recurring and ad-hoc projects.

Contribute to accounting memos and support external audit requests for all revenue-related matters.

5+ years of accounting experience with a strong focus on revenue recognition (ASC 606 or IFRS 15).

Background combining public accounting (Big 4 or Big 10, 2–3 years minimum) and industry experience — you ve worked directly in the systems, not just reviewed other people s work.

Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent preferred.

Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Collaborative mindset — able to work effectively across teams, cultures, and personalities.

Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce CRM; Zone Advanced Billing is a strong plus.
