Newrelic The Benefits Analyst at New Relic assists with administering global benefits plans focusing on US-based plans, ensuring regulatory compliance and positive employee experience. The role involves partnering with HR, Finance, and Procurement teams and analyzing benefits data to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

Assists with global benefits management including regulatory compliance, and administration of benefits programs
Proactively partners with key stakeholders in People Team (HR), Finance, and Procurement
Ensures benefits programs provide a positive employee experience with education and clear communication
Serve as a first line subject matter expert for US employee benefits queries, providing clear and accurate information
Analyze benefits data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support decision-making and identify trends
Understanding of US benefit management with an interest in expanding knowledge to other global regions in APJ and EMEA
Experience with self-funding plan management in the US
Experience with Workday Benefits module
Experience assisting with time off, ADA, and leave programs (LOA)
This role requires
Proficiency in Workday Benefits/HRIS
Flexibility to work across different time zones to collaborate effectively with US, EMEA, and APJ stakeholders.
