Senior Software Engineer, AI Transformation

You enjoy working at the intersection of infrastructure, application development, and human-centered tooling, and you’re comfortable owning ambiguous problems end-to-end.
• 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer working on infrastructure, dev tools, or similar enabling internal systems.
• Strong experience building backend services and integrations (e.g., REST/GraphQL APIs, event-driven systems, or internal service meshes).
• Hands-on experience with at least one modern LLM platform or orchestration layer (e.g., AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic, LiteLLM, LangChain, or similar).
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language used for backend and tooling (e.g., Ruby, Python, TypeScript/Node, Go, or similar).
• Experience integrating internal services or third-party APIs into bots, CLIs, chatops workflows, or internal tools.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure and secure-by-default patterns for handling secrets, credentials, and sensitive data.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, translate real-world workflows into technical requirements, and communicate tradeoffs clearly.
