Responsibilities

We’re hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to redefine whole-person care at our Williamsburg or SoHo clinic. As a foundational member of our team, you won’t just provide primary care and women’s health services—you’ll actively reimagine and evolve the care model at Tia to better serve women.

Required

Credentials: NP or PA; National Board Certification (e.g., ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA); Active NY License and DEA.
Clinical Expertise: 2+ years in outpatient primary care with a focus on Women’s Health (routine gyn, contraception, STIs), Mental Health, and inclusive, patient-centered care.
Operational Mindset: Data-driven and adaptable; comfortable collaborating with Operations to balance clinical quality with workflow efficiency.
Training Development
Candidates who lack experience in the following areas will receive specialized training:
Specialized Women’s Health: Menopause management and sexual health.
Expanded Primary Care: Medical dermatology, weight management, and procedural scope.
